Kosher Exotic Animal BBQ with BT Men

It's finally happening! The BT Brotherhood is sponsoring a Kosher Exotic Animal BBQ at Beth Tfiloh.

This BBQ is going to be epic, many Kosher animals that some of us have never tried before, all in one sitting. God made these animals kosher for a reason, let's find out why.

 

We're having meats including Bison, Venison, Oxtail, Quail, Pheasant Duck and Squab. Each plate will come with everything listed above. And just in case you're still hungry for more, we will also have hot dogs and hamburgers, salad, fries, sodas, wine, beer and dessert.

 

This BBQ is open to all, so even if you don't want the plate of exotic meat, you are still invited to join us for the hamburgers, hot dogs and all the other food and drink. Adults are $18 and children under 12 are $12 (children 2 under are free).

 

Each plate is more than enough food to share with your spouse or family, but if you have a bigger appetite, you can order as many plates as you want.

 

Each plate will include:

4 oz bison steak

1 venison chop (about 5-7 oz)

1/2 lb of Oxtail

1 quail (about 4 oz)

1/4 pheasant (about 1/2 lb)

2 duck sausages

1/2 squab (about 6-8 oz)

 

The cost per plate of exotic meats is $150 and includes 1 adult ticket to the bbq.
