  BT Camps (ages 5 -15)

  Beth Tfiloh has provided a popular summer day camp on its 70-acre camp site in Reisterstown since 1943. Our site includes ball fields, hiking trails, the Sachs Family Challenge Course with two 60-foot towers, creative arts center, Sachs Nature Center, regulation-sized multi-purpose sports court, and an amphitheater for special events. The aquatics area encompasses 3 pools, dual water slides, boating lake with a 60-foot-tall-90-foot-long slide, kayaks, corcls, water mats and a splash pad interactive water area. 
  
  

  BT Camps offers an incredible range of programs and activities for campers as young as 2 and as old as 15. This includes our traditional Day Camp (and Travel Camp) along with several Specialty Camps including a STEAM Program. We have Nursery Camp and Kinder Camp for the younger campers. Our Baltimore County summer camp is a great place for kids to grow!

   

  Our facility includes three swimming pools and aquatics center (with a triple-decker double-barreled water slide), a lake with boats and a 25-ft slide, along with arts and crafts, nature, ropes course, zip line and plenty of ballfields and green space for play.

   

  Our staff is powered by dedicated teachers, young adults, and very responsible high school students, many of whom have grown through the years at BT Camps.

  BT Nursery Camp (ages 2-4)

  Children ages 2, 3 and 4 can enjoy a wonderful 8-week summer program at BT Nursery Camp, located at Beth Tfiloh Community School in Pikesville.  The campers use Beth Tfiloh’s state-of-the-art preschool facilities including gymnasium and playground.  Campers are placed in small groups separated by age, which allows for our programming to be more age appropriate.
  
  

  BT Nursery Camp works in conjunction with the BT PreSchool School, to give you the very best in childcare on a daily basis.  We have connected the philosophy and parent perspective of the preschool, with the philosophy of the camp, to make certain that your expectations are met.  Our program will include a variety of activities such as physical education, water play, foam machine, water tables, sprinklers, story time, arts and crafts, singing, nature, Jewish Culture and Friday Kabbalat Shabbat.  The program is interactive, outdoors and activity oriented.  Expect to see your child active and immersed in programming, not simply receiving “daycare.”  We use indoor rooms primarily for programming during inclement weather.  What sets BT Nursery Camp apart from other Nursery Camps are the resources we share with the Day Camp in Reisterstown.  Campers will receive the same high quality of instruction during activities that the older campers receive.  Every day, instructional staff from Reisterstown will visit Nursery Camp.  This includes Coach Jen Postal, Mr. Singer, Ashley Himelfarb (Nature), all of whom are certified teachers.

  BT Summer Performing Arts Studio

  BT Performing Arts Studio is a whirlwind, 3-week experience that will enhance the skills and knowledge of performing arts students across every facet of theatrical production. It’s amazing to see a full-scale musical performance come to life in such a short time with full costumes, set pieces, props, lights, and sound!

   

  The program features morning workshops covering a wide range of theater training disciplines, including improvisation and makeup application. Camp begins with auditions including the singing, movement, and script reading. The show casting will be determined based on these auditions.

  BT Warriors Basketball Camp

  The BT Athletics staff offers separate one week camps for boys and girls in mid-June. Girls entering grades 4-12 will spend a week building their basketball skills with Girls Camp Director Stacy Fuld, Beth Tfiloh Girls JV Basketball coach. Boys entering grades 4-10  will spend a week building their basketball skills with Boys Camp Director Ari Braun, Beth Tfiloh Boys Varsity Basketball coach.
