About BT

Learning Together. For Life.

Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School is a warm, supportive, and diverse community rooted in Torah values and Jewish traditions. Our school provides an education marked by academic excellence, joy of learning, respect, and attention to the individual. Our faculty fosters life-long learning and celebrates and supports students in reaching their goals as individuals and as members of the community. We prepare students to become compassionate leaders with integrity and character, who are proud, knowledgeable Jews, with a deep connection to Israel, its land and people.

A Message From Dr. Zipora Schorr

Being a Beth Tfiloh student means achieving academic excellence in every subject, whether in General or Judaic Studies. It means learning and living the values we have inherited as Jewish Americans. It means being part of a community of Jews from across the spectrum of religious affiliation who celebrate what they have in common while cherishing their individuality. It means being empowered as an individual by a medley of opportunities for self-expression and growth, from arts to social activism, and athletics to political action.

And it means being prepared for life beyond the walls of Beth Tfiloh.

We take great pride in our Beth Tfiloh alumni who are making a difference throughout the world. They have assumed Jewish leadership roles on their college campuses and their communities. They have established themselves as leaders in a wide range of professions and endeavors, including law, medicine, computer science, engineering, education, business, finance, non-profit management, journalism, Judaic studies, Jewish leadership, the arts, and military service in both the U.S. and Israel.

But don’t simply take my word for it. Come and visit us and learn first-hand about our school, its stellar academic program, and the amazing community that calls Beth Tfiloh its home.

Sincerely,

Zipora Schorr
Director of Education
