BT High School students honored the memory and mission of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Friday, January 15th through studying a variety of topics related to his teachings, as presented by our own High School faculty. The impressive program, planned by Ms. Rachel Levitt Klein’s Leadership senior elective class, included the following topics:

The day also featured an inspiring panel discussion with Reverend Richard Mosley of Road to Damascus Ministries, Reverend Dr. Bernard Keels, Director of the University Memorial Chapel at Morgan State University, and Rabbi Etan Mintz, BT Judaic studies teacher and rabbi of B’nai Israel synagogue. The three shared their personal journeys to becoming men of God and how they are personally building upon Dr. King’s legacy.
